Collaborated with various stakeholders to redefine the company’s IoT offering, develop GTM strategies, and coordinate product launches. Performed competitive analysis to identify differentiators and potential challenges to inform product development. Researched target verticals and buyers to understand, and advocate for, the customer’s POV and advance development of the company’s initial product demo.

Executed a complete website overhaul, creating all content as well as handling some design elements and light coding. Launched customer success program, which included interviewing subjects and producing video and written case studies.
