As the Chief Partner Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Business at DataOps.live, I lead the company's partnership strategy, channel/indirect sales and AI initiatives. With over 25+ years of experience in technology innovation, strategic business planning, and developing partner channels, I have a proven track record of delivering speed, scale, and execution for new products and companies entering global markets.

I am passionate about bringing urgency and focus to problem-solving, leveraging my extensive network and trusted advisors to accomplish the required and the exceptional.  I have an enormous network of trusted colleagues ready to join my initiatives and work on my teams. I hold an executive certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Business Management - Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Buffalo. 

I launched my first company as founder, CEO and lead engineer the day after I graduated College. In my early career I was a network engineer, developer and solutions architect, and had many certifications like being a certified Novell Engineer, Citrix Certified Administrator, and many more. Today my skills include Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Social Networking, and Snowflake Sales Certifications.  I believe my experience in working with the world's regional SI, GSi, tech partner & Cloud ecosystem partners is without any match, and my relationships that can be leveraged throughout the data ecosystem are the finest available.

I have led management teams (P&L) and sales organizations (ARR/Rev) that controlled over $1 Billion in assets and $250 Million in revenues as well as pre-revenue startups in early formation in the private market, and companies that went IPO and grew to over $18b in market cap with NASDAQ 50 status (Citrix Systems: CTXS)

I've taken many early companies to market in emerging fields like network integration, remote application access, LAN/WAN optimization, telephony, mobile app development/app access, mobile commerce, PaaS, iPaaS, mPaaS, cloud integration, management consulting, data catalog, data governance, business intelligence, data security, and DataOps platforms.  I leverage AI every day!

My daily drive is to be the best contributor to corporate value in the company, but my usual form is to elevate others to stand on my shoulders to achieve as a team.

I have led management teams and sales (P&L) organizations that controlled over $1 Billion in assets and $250 Million in revenues as well as pre-revenue startups in early formation. (Nothing is harder than getting your first $50,000 dollars in revenue!)  

I've been an integral part of growing revenues from $0 to $5m to $250m, $500m+, and growing ARR from sub 20m to over $120m+.  Recently leading Collibra's global partner channels from $20m to Unicorn valuation in less than 2.5 years, developing Periscope Data through to the Sisense acquisition, then leading the early growth of Okera into a global ecosystem player punching well above it's weight and stature. In all cases, my strategic relationship and partnership with Snowflake was a paramount focus and key point of achievement.  This led to me joining the executive team of DataOps.live where our Snowflake partnership, investment and global ecosystem alignment is the key part of our focus and success!

Perhaps best known for my early career, being one of a vocal handful who believed in the Citrix computing vision in their early formation. After many years  as a cornerstone integrator & strategic partner, I then joined Citrix to launch a new internet business division focused on the birth of the Application Service Provision marketplace. What a ride... CTXS (Nasdaq 50)

I founded #fasterFUSE in 2016 to provide tech companies around the globe with access to my personal experience, leadership & worldwide network to grow their strategic opportunities. This allows me to  leverage my sales & business development, M&A, strategic alliances, channel development, innovation & global go-to-market leadership experience to companies who need the assistance.
