My daily drive is to be the best contributor to corporate value in the company, but my usual form is to elevate others to stand on my shoulders to achieve as a team. I have led management teams and sales (P&L) organizations that controlled over $1 Billion in assets and $250 Million in revenues as well as pre-revenue startups in early formation. (Nothing is harder than getting your first $50,000 dollars in revenue!) I've been an integral part of growing revenues from $0 to $5m to $250m, $500m+, and growing ARR from sub 20m to over $120m+. I led Collibra's global partner channels from $20m to Unicorn valuation in less than 2.5 years, supported Periscope Data through the Sisense acquisition, then launched Okera to great success & exit. In all cases, my strategic relationship with Snowflake was of paramount focus and key achievement. This experience further led to me joining the executive team of DataOps.live where our Snowflake partnership, investment and global ecosystem strength is a key differentiator. Perhaps best known for my early career, being one of a vocal handful who believed in the Citrix computing vision in their early formation. After many years as a cornerstone integrator & strategic partner, I then joined Citrix to launch a new internet business division focused on the birth of the Application Service Provision marketplace. What a ride... CTXS (Nasdaq 50) I founded #fasterFUSE in 2016 to provide tech companies around the globe with access to my personal experience, leadership & worldwide network to grow their strategic opportunities. This allows me to leverage my sales & business development, M&A, strategic alliances, channel development, innovation & global go-to-market leadership experience to companies who need the assistance.
