During this role, I executed daily operations, established first upstream off-take agreement for macro-fertilizer-based product, and defined processes. Achievements Included: 
• Developed new, wholly owned subsidiary focused on agricultural market; onboarded experts, executives, and veterans to build scalable platform with focus on lower volume and high margin of niche products.
• Optimized logistics of AMS in Chicago market, reducing delivered cost of goods by more than 10%.

• Integrated Victory Blue, acquired competitor, sales team and customer base into business model while increasing per unit margin contribution by more than 133% in 2016.
• Acted as direct sales contact for biggest book of business in company.
• Served as one of three cross-functional executives charged with minimization of business disruption associated with SAP while analyzing long-term opportunities for improvement of processes, workflows, structure, and organizational culture.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid Manager, Corporate 

During this role, I led daily operations with eight direct reports, owned strategic national accounts, and quoted programs. I processed orders, resolved billing matters, and guided team in delivery of exceptional customer service. Highlights Included:
• Selected vendor for CRM software to streamline processes related to account management and enabled collaboration between internal and external employees.
• Achieved 130% more opportunities in national account program through reduction of packaging costs across distribution channels.
• Improved distribution margin by 83% year-over-year.
• Increased order volume by 400% from 2012 to 2013 with B2B web portal for national account sales orders and credits.

Involved in developing an ECM (enterprise content management) solution in order to increase productivity and transparency within and between all divisions. Involved with implementing a mobile workforce solution that allowed operators in the field to instantly transmit P.O.D. (proof of delivery) back to the operations center.

Independently researched, managed and implemented security-related improvements.
Analyzed and recommended a security system for the warehouses associated with the transportation and logistics divisions. Implemented the selected system, thoroughly trained personnel for use and monitored the effectiveness of this system. 
Wrote the policies for security issues to comply with OSHA, DEA, and Food Grade Certifications. 
Performed systems audit resulting in recommendations for improvement in the securitizing of data.

Customer Relations/Research Associate

Managed customer relations and implemented process improvements. 
Implemented and integrated a time clock and labor tracking system throughout the logistics division of Continental Ltd. Trained personnel for the utilization of these systems. Monitored the results and insured the effectiveness of these newly integrated systems. 
Analyzed and recommended process improvement for the logistics operations as it pertained to Sage MAS 200. 
Assumed responsibility for customer relations and problem solving for a major logistics customer.
