I enjoy challenging environments and taking on large amounts of responsibility. In 13 years I have obtained credit authorities in FHA (DE), VA, Agency and Portfolio Lending which I am currently working with a $2MM signing authority. Management relies heavily on me to underwrite the more complex loans and train junior staff with tax returns, credit, origination systems and more. In the past I have been designated as the onsite second level reviewer alongside lending officers, participated in focus groups and given presentations for upper management. I love what I do and it shows.
