Poke-Poke is the first branded, made-to-order poke shop to hit the mainland. With three stores in Venice beach and Austin, TX, Poke-Poke is focused on delivering authentic Hawaiian poke to the masses! 

My role is 100% hands on. I oversee business development, expansion, marketing, recipe development and execution (product development and execution), quality assurance, staffing, culture development and financial oversight and planning. 

We are currently expanding in the Texas market and continue to lead the poke category in nationally recognized quality and service!

Codero Hosting

As the VP of Marketing at Codero, I led demand generation, brand reformation, channel growth and content creation to set Codero apart in the competitive hosting space.

My specific responsibilities included the following:
- Build and lead the entire marketing team 
- Manage multiple agency initiatives and contracts
 - Work with in-house and outside design and content teams, along with multiple stake holders to update the Codero Brand aesthetic and voice
- Use internal and external assets to satisfy a robust content calendar. Primary media generated include thought leadership blog posts, social media posts, sales and thought leadership emails, White paper creation
- Managed the total budget for the marketing department 
- Maintained and analized executive KPI reporting on a weekly basis reporting trends and analysis to the Executive Team
- Work closely with sales to develop sales materials and manage automated sales processes
- Developed an extensive channel marketing program including both online and offline marketing materials for partners, internal sales presentations to educate partners on market position opportunities and organized the first Codero Partner Summit
- Analyze and optimize demand generation funnel on a daily basis

As the Creative Partnership Program Manager, my efforts will be directed to growing our partnership program into a leading channel for meaningful client engagement and a springboard for creative project production.
