I also source investment deals for a private group of high net worth investors in the industrial real estate sector.
I have “lived and breathed” industrial real estate for ~20 years (I recently did the math:  a very conservative 30,000+ hours)
Started my career in 2004.  Spent majority of first 10 years representing mostly buyers and tenants and building close relationships with the ownership groups and other stakeholders in our NJ markets.  Learned how to navigate the myriad of hurdles it takes to close deals.   This “on the street” experience was invaluable.
As investment capital started pouring into our markets circa 2015, I shifted focus to expand into investment sales and landlord rep work, while keeping the buyer/tenant rep intact. 
Since then, represented over 1,000 owners, tenants, investors, etc., completing just shy of one billion in closed deals. 
Complex transactions get me excited. Relationships are everything. 
As of Q1 2022, over 800 million SF of industrial warehouse space is anticipated as being needed in the US to keep up with demand over the next 5 years.  Rental rates, which have risen some 60+% across all markets over the past 5 years, are anticipated to grow by another 30% over the next 5 years, with larger growth in core markets. 
Much of my work is derived from repeat business or referrals, a testament to how well I service my clients.  We look to build new relationships every day, and once we’ve engaged, your interests are paramount in all that we do for you going forward.  We are well prepared to expertly guide our clients in the unchartered waters of the industrial markets as supply chains adapt over the next years.
