My experience has taught me that leadership and a desire to help people are two of the most important attributes to being successful. I think this is true in developing a cohesive staff as well. I believe relationships matter. People who are committed to a program, and to the people they work with, are more willing to do their part to make that program successful. My name is Jaime Boyette. I am a wife and mother of 3 boys and Lolli to my 4 grandchildren. My husband's job moves him around the country so we made the decision as a family to move into our RV and travel together. We enjoy traveling and showing our children our great country. It is imperative that I am able work in a remote position so that I can continue traveling and working in the career that I love.... Education. Having worked in various capacities within the field of education and for more than 20 years, I have unique insight into what it takes to collaborate, team, and instill and maintain a sense of pride and respect in a workplace environment. Being part of building culture and climate is a truly exciting experience. I believe that success in education and anything else in life is tied to expectations. When expectations are high, there is no limit to what can be achieved. I am a participator, not a spectator. I am hands-on rather than one that stays on the sideline and simply evaluates. This requires me to be both highly visible and vocal. I believe in hard work. As an administrator, I have learned that what you expect is what you’ll get; so expectations should be high. I have learned the importance of organization, management, leadership, and the difference between them. I am always willing to learn something new and admit when there is something I do not know. If I don’t have an answer I will find it. I believe in data, research and collaboration. I believe everyone has to be connected and involved in the education/training process in order to facilitate learning.
