Led the digital product management function for CIBC Wealth Management and CIBC Asset Management. 

Exceeded expectations launching and advancing product management vision, team, and operating model for our Wood Gundy Online (WGOL) and related client servicing applications. Simultaneously retained mandate and oversight on previous portfolio including Wealth and Asset Management web publishing, technical consulting, and analytics team. 

Led teams in the creation and approval of business cases and implementation of transformative solutions for digitization resulting in a vastly improved user experience, higher engagement, cost savings in the multiple millions of dollars, operational efficiencies freeing up double-digit FTE capacity, and roadmaps that will realize further benefits.

Director - Digital Servicing Platforms & Enablement, Wealth Management & Asset Management

Proud to have grown and elevated the tech team accountable for CIBC Wealth Management's public digital properties (DWM). This includes leadership of our platform traffic analytics/insights functions, solution consulting services, web platform operations and launching an overhaul of the DWM team's operations and infrastructure.

Significantly elevated mandate and outcomes of our strategic digital analytics and technical solution consulting functions for CIBC Wealth Management and CIBC Asset Management.

Director - Solutions, Publishing & Analytics - Wealth Digital, Tech Infrastructure & Innovation

In my final role in P&SBB I managed the initiation, planning, and early stages of execution for CIBC Goal Planner, our flagship Financial Planning & Advice tool. This high visibility/priority program introduced me to my next role in CIBC Technology with the Digital team responsible for Wealth Management.

- Managed setup of agile teams and liaised with stakeholders,  partners, vendors and cross-functional executive steering committee for CIBC Goal Planner.   Responsibility for budgets, funding, ongoing financial oversight, and organizing steering committee member priorities and efforts.

Delivery Lead, Strategy & Transformation, Personal & Small Business Banking (P&SBB)

Held two evolving roles within the Strategy & Transformation group for P&SBB. First, with Channel Optimization to deliver on Digitization priorities. Later moved to the Distribution Consulting & Execution (DCE) team to a new role; initially developing CIBC's Target Operating Model for the national branch network. 

- Embedded on an extended assignment with the retail distribution strategy team in the development of a new operating model where I led the forecasting and planning for the evolution to this model. 

- Business-side responsibility for the execution of a multi-year program to accelerate adoption of Digital banking channels.  Provided execution oversight for a multitude of work package owners for this $20MM+ initiative. 

- Implemented CIBC's first centrally-managed iPads to Banking Centres nationwide and extended Wi-Fi coverage to thousands of centres. 

- Conceived the design and championed the approval of a low cost and flexible LTE-based, centrally-managed Wi-Fi solution to accelerate installations by up to 2 years in target locations and increase Wi-Fi coverage nationwide.

Senior Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation, Personal & Small Business Banking (P&SBB)

A rewarding term in HR during which I managed a wide range of projects and delivered HR programs and capabilities under business case funding with consistently strong results. Later took on a role managing and optimizing an HR operations team.

- Launched employee intranet portal capability for electronic capture of consent and digital fulfillment of employee tax statements in the US and Canada

- Managed regular updates to intranet/internet pages as related to HR policies and information. 

- Initiated CIBC's early AODA compliance efforts for employees

- Led design and launch of a variety of HR programs that comprised delivery of policies, process, employee web portals and supporting technical and human infrastructure

- Streamlined processes for the HR Operations team I led, bringing significant efficiencies

Senior Project Manager/Senior Manager - HR Projects and Operations

Joined to manage an InfoSec engagement for HR and then engaged to lead two business case funded projects. This role led to a more senior position on the same HR Strategic Initiatives group. 

- Conducted Information Security assessment for all key applications and electronic information used by HR and kicked off action plans to close deficiencies.

Part of a talented team of internal consultants leading and collaborating on pan-enterprise implementations as part of a global procurement overhaul which included the implementation of SAP SRM 7.0. 

- Implemented PMO standards and infrastructure to support multiple projects composing the Source-to-Pay Program. Incorporated PMO best practices and leveraged best-in-class tools to manage a large, global program team. 

- Implemented BlackBerry's Corporate Purchasing Card (PCard) Program and related process improvements. Defined requirements and delivered policies, processes, system infrastructure and PCard administration team that reduced targeted procurement processing costs by 70%.

- Managed and delivered complex work packages with demanding technical and time constraints as a Business Consultant for the global implementation of SAP SRM 7.0. 

- Delivered a standard corporate business casing process and supporting tools to improve spend governance and visibility.
