Ownership of the product roadmap/backlog and development for the mature, Saas based electronic health record (EHR) chart and encounter documentation in athenahealth’s ambulatory client base. This work focuses on delivering all workflows necessary to support interoperability and the US healthcare market move towards value based care.
•	Managed and developed a team of up to 10 Product Managers and Senior Product Managers (with advanced degrees) and their corresponding scrum teams using agile methodologies and daily releases, with a focus on slicing work that is technically feasible to deliver incremental value quickly to the client.
•	Released all workflows, backed by standard code sets,  needed to pass 2015 certification of an electronic health record (EHR) system by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC)
•	Increased Net promoter scores (NPS) up delivering enhancements across the end to end physician experience in the electronic health record system (ERH) accounting for over 14% of patient visits in the US.  Validated all work using video concept design prior to building - driving down engineering costs.
•	Drove down bug backlogs, (including patient safety issues) to within prescribed turn around times. Reduced stalled features in alpha/beta through the use of youtube style video communications with provider users to confirm solution fit.

Responsible for solving problems around patient and provider ordering and consent of genomic (GPS Cancer) testing, results delivery, and clinical decision support. Included managing a cross functional team of Product Management (both remote and colocated) as well as user experience managers.

NaviNet

Built a team responsible for the platform product roadmap and successful 6 weekly releases in the development of America's largest interactive SaaS healthcare network. Shipping solutions focused around provider data management (updates between provider offices and healthplans) and identity and access management.

•	Trained over 250 front line colleagues globally gaining support sign off for dozens of releases.

•	Wrote internal and externals communications for all releases.
•	Conducted user research  including over 100  face to face interviews and surveys (around 10K users)
•	Boosted the ability for all customer facing teams to pitch support and install mobile products helping drive new source of revenue.
•	Migrated over 3,000 wealth management and investment management app users on to a newer versions saving support of costs of $60K a month
