With my leadership's support, I took on a short term Project Manager role for project owned by our global Talent Strategy group.  

Objective: Create & build a career journey page for a specific audience of ~30,000 client deployed people working globally.  

Brainstorm career themes, understand & visually articulate short term and long term career path up to executive level, research and find relevant career content for this audience.  Customize bite-size yet impactful content (e.g. inc. value of mentors & how to identify one, importance of feedback & how to ask for it, exploring career opportunities, building skills, etc.).  Once content received approval from global Talent Strategy, we provided design/layout recommendations to the design team and worked closely with them to execute.
