I led a sr leadership board of women in customer experience design on a mission to recruit, retain  and empower all people that identify as women in all fields of customer experience design at Amazon. 
This multi discipline design organization organized distinguished designers, design technologies, researchers, producers, writers, recruiters and HR professionals to develop a charter, tenets, ongoing employee research and annual roadmaps in addition to execute on events, communications and Women In Design programs that aligned to DEI initiatives.

I held this volunteer position while maintaining full time positions. I was responsible for programs and events that strengthen the women in design community both inside and outside of Amazon. Acted as an advisor and advocate to internal Inclusion & Diversity team and Amazon executive leadership on community issues, trends, and retaining/recruiting more people of color. This role included heavy cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Engineering, DEI, Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Events and Amazon Entertainment Products.

Launched the global iX brand and powered it with the world’s most talented experience research & design leaders through the opening of a global network of design studios. Created collaborative operating model uniting design subject matter expertise to IBM’s industry consulting verticals.  

Worked with CEOs, CMOs and CIOs of General Motors, Ford, John Deere, Citibank, Asia Miles, Atlanta Falcons and Boeing to craft their Ai-powered, customer-centric innovation agendas and accelerate their digital transformation with inventive cognitive experience design and business modeling to scale and sustain their companies in a fast changing business environment.
