- Worked with e-commerce to develop year on year 3 % increase in brand recognition and 15% growth

 - Increased ROI on PCC and digital marketing by over 100% working with agencies to develop digital channels as the main provider of customer acquisition

- Developed partnership marketing campaigns working with other core brands such as Jet2.com to generate high value sales and new customers during peak periods

• Managed web agencies to develop sites and the content team to ensure sites launched on time 
• Liaised with internal buyers and third party suppliers to co-ordinate products for sale on site
• Worked with Tesco HQ to ensure corporate guidelines where adhered to and the successful and timely production of Tesco branded web sites

• Developed and branded Allasso from scratch, managing all aspects of marketing communications mix including direct mail, roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, brochures and the website. 
•  Provided marketing consultancy for VARS and resellers working with them to help them promote new IT security products to their customer base
• Managed the marketing budget and co-op marketing funds to ensure good ROI on marketing activities and allocated funds to VARs to assist with their marketing and business development
•  All projects were delivered within budget and within tight timescales to ensure the business grew rapidly and gained significant market share

I’m on a mission to share everything I’ve learned about marketing, leadership, and mindset, to help individuals and businesses be the best they can be and build thriving growing businesses.  

I’ve worked in marketing for 30 years in corporate, consultancy, agency, B2B and B2C, I’ve seen and achieved a lot. The good, the bad and the downright ugly, and learned so much because of it. 

I’m known for bringing a sense of calmness to even the most difficult situations. This ability to support people, to slow down, gain clarity and then create marketing strategies that get results and the growth you want. 

And, I’ve practiced compassionate leadership for more years than I care to remember. It’s always created the most amazing high performing teams that delivered results and smashed KPIs. 

And when I'm not doing marketing,  I'm the Chair for Project Six a drugs and alcohol charity and I mentor and coach other marketers. 

I like to enjoy life and my three words that keep me balanced are Fun - Family - Freedom
