I'm a customer and brand marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Innovation (8 of them in the Marketing board of a leading Spanish beverage company, Mahou San Miguel) and previous HR Development positions in the Danone Group. I practice an strategic view of marketing, creating value for the customer and the consumer, to profit the business and the brand. As a strategist, I work with companies and agencies on a project basis, driving VALUE FOR THE CUSTOMER and PROFITABLE GROWTH through: 1. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING. To deliver actionable diagnostics converted into customer strategies. 2. BUILDING CUSTOMER AND BRAND EXPERIENCE. To build brands that do the jobs people need and wish to have in their lives. I've worked for big and medium sized organizations, mainly CPG and Retail, and I know first-hand both their complexities and the importance of creating your options over day-to-day rush and become a change agent. I am a Trainer at heart. I’ve designed courses and workshops and trained hundreds of employees and students, in company, at education institutions for graduate and postgraduate, online and life teaching, even creating self-contained learning programs. As a manager, I've lived the business from very different angles (HR, Industrial, Finance, Sales and Marketing) . That has always helped me empathize and arise collaboration among departments and with external talents both in day-to-day and project contexts through clarity and compromise.
