My job was to identify business needs and pains and address them with technology. Partnering with software engineers, data analysts and other peers to create systems and enable processes to drive revenue growth and scale.

- Implemented Segment CDP with HubSpot CRM for to automate a health score system and improved overall company retention to record numbers
- Implemented HubSpot CRM for the Customer Success unit (onboarded 40+ CSM's)
- Rebuilt Marketing & Sales reporting on top-level metrics to identify and improve conversion issues
- Rebuilt Lead routing for over 30+ AE's with a monthly lead gen of above 10k leads
- Worked in international M&A migrating Marketo to HubSpot in 30 days saving the company hundred thousands of $ of contract lock-in
- Migrated SFDC to HubSpot in < 90days saving the company hundred thousands of $ of contract lock-in
- Defined the Company tech stack post-acquisition and implemented key integrations and systems
