Social Media Crisis monitoring and corporate comms: Produce day-to-day and crisis management monitoring plans and reports to help manage reputation on social media, as well delivering reports covering reception of product launches and press stories for clients . In-agency innovations: helped rejuvenate and currently run the company’s Twitter profile, developed a process proposal to improve said comms channel for the agency and am developing a unique content offering for clients.
