In 2011, we sold our brick-and-mortar family business while I studied full-time. Since then, I’ve been in SaaS and never looked back. I see myself as a personal trainer, not for the gym but for B2B SaaS. Empathy, radical candour and big-picture thinking are my guiding principles. I help others avoid the mistakes I made in my business or what I saw other GTM leaders make. It’s ultimately to prevent them from majoring in minor things.
