In my current role, I introduce new partnership opportunities with media companies from around the world to grow the mid-market and enterprise segment. As the first touchpoint and face of the company for potential customers, I conduct outreach in a consultative manner to highlight how the software can solve customer pain points. 

Key Achievements:
- One of two top performing SDRs in MOLTEN history.
- Made a tangible contribution to grow company from 6 to 7 figures in revenue by introducing new business opportunities.

Sales Development Representative

Deel

At Deel, the $5B SaaS unicorn, I supported the growth of the Mid-Market segment by seeking new business opportunities using creative email messaging, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I maintained Salesforce cleanliness on a daily basis in order to manage leads and opportunities. 

Key Achievements:
- Booked a record number of new business opportunities in one day
- Met and exceeded metrics during ramping months.

Sales Development

FireHydrant

Created weekly outreach lists using B2B lead enrichment tools to book product demos via cold outreach. I managed a book of 70-80 accounts and maintained technical product knowledge in order to engage with appropriate software engineering audiences.

Key Achievements:
- Landed key account with 250K ACV to grow company revenue.
- Held the best cold email open rates on a team of 10 BDRs at 90-95% opens.

Business Development

Prialto | Amplify People

Managed a portfolio of senior executives at leading U.S. companies and onboarded new clients weekly in the SMB and Mid-Market segment. I acted as a liaison between our clients and our offshore support team and served as their account-level point of contact.

Key Achievements:
- Identified a process gap during internal onboarding and proactively created a CRM for operational efficiency. This project later became used for official training purposes at Prialto.

Engagement Manager

Coordinated day-to-day company operation processes by scheduling estimates, booking outside vendors, coordinating contractor schedules.

- Directly influenced growth of client base by developing relationships with property managers, vendor contacts, and new clientele.
