Managed a local P/L and provide leadership and growth to a regional team of engineering and software professionals, including business development. Grew the local team to greater than 30 while developing  and fostering a sustainable Client base.

Engaged in conceptual design, development, commissioning/training, and project management of both Food and Pharma clients. Maintained key customer relationships towards in-flow of new business.

Shred-Tech

Created automation systems (PLC/HMI) and electrical designs (CAD) for industrial equipment inclusive of full turnover packages meeting both CSA and CE approvals. Engaged with customer FAT's and Training, along with Service & Support.

Electrical/Software Designer

4 month Co-op role. Designed, built and commissioned 2 separate shoebox PLC systems towards hard-wired controls remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
