I have a passion for product, programs and curriculum that best supports growth across multiple disciplines and I appreciate data to make informed decisions. With 10 + years' experience as a leader in education, I supported 40+ teachers in grades K-12th grade that included: Facilitator of training and professional development (online and in person), coaching/mentoring, scheduling, leading cross functional meetings, creating processes and protocol, fulfilling curriculum and program needs, norm based data analysis/intervention, administrator of state assessments, online learning/programs and high school team lead. I have a proven history of playing an integral part in the overall health of the organization by assisting with: Transforming K-12th grade programming/instruction to a completely online program during 2020-2021 school year, meeting yearly enrollment targets, increasing enrollments by 250 with the addition of 9th-12th grades with largest graduating class to date in 2022.
