Designed and developed an e-commerce website that increased conversions and simplified the purchase process for a high-end, complex product. Designed, tested, and coded a product customization application for video surveillance systems to help users select components intelligently. Created interactive widgets that boosted sales calls and product knowledge. Designed and coded the installation interface for video surveillance software.

Conducted interviews with sales staff and current customers to better understand customer and business needs. Produced wireframes and prototypes for stakeholders and developers, photographed and retouched product images, and created landing pages for SEO and PPC campaigns.

Developed interactive training materials for over 4000 employees. Collaborated with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-learn formats then wrote and designed e-learning modules for technical military use.

Created SCORM compliant educational games and reusable templates and retention tests for a core e-learning library. Enhanced browser compatibility, load time, and functional integrity of core e-learning software.
