Middlesbrough Football Club -  'KICKZ' Community Project

Delivered football activities in disadvantaged areas across Middlesbrough. Was responsible for finding appropriate competitions for participants, maintaining records of participant attendance and performance, planning and running programmes of activities, as well as marketing and promoting the company brand. The wide age range and social backgrounds of people meant that sessions were consistently adapted to the needs and interests of the particular groups. Used sport as a means of developing participants skills, knowledge, as well as their confidence.
