With over 8 years of experience in math education, I am passionate about empowering educators to teach math with confidence, joy, and rigor. As an Implementation Leader at Great Minds, I support schools and districts in adopting and implementing high-quality math curricula that align with the latest research and standards. I also coach and facilitate professional learning sessions for teachers and leaders, helping them develop the mindset, skills, and knowledge to foster mathematical excellence and equity for all students. In addition to my role at Great Minds, I am the founder of a math education consultancy that provides personalized coaching and instructional planning for math educators. I also serve as a facilitator and coach at UnboundEd.org, a non-profit organization that offers equity-focused and standards-aligned resources and training for educators. Through these experiences, I have honed my competencies in tutoring, educational leadership, teacher training, and curriculum development.
