JOSEPH VOGEL is a bestselling author, professor, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of the outdoor apparel brand, Timpanogos Hiking Co. Vogel is the author of several critically acclaimed books and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and The Atlantic. He has also been a consultant for and appeared in numerous documentaries, including two by legendary filmmaker Spike Lee. Vogel holds a PhD from the University of Rochester. He is currently a Visiting Associate Professor at Utah Valley University.
