(1994-1996) While at North Carolina State University, worked with the ECO (Engineering Computer Operations) department to troubleshoot and repair any Unix workstations from the campus's computer labs. Also at NCSU, worked with the Help Desk department to service the IBM Compatibles and Power PC systems that faculty members had issues with. (1996-1999) Worked for IBM for 3 years as a Product Specialist for the IBM Thinkpad mobile computer. Started with end user support then moved to Large Accounts "Gold" Support. After that, went to the software developing side and worked on the preloaded image for the IBM Thinkpad for various languages. Debugged the preloaded image and worked with different software providers to correct any issues that surfaced from their software on different models of IBM Thinkpads. (2000-2007) US Navy Radioman (Electronic Technician) qualified Submarines. Operator for various radio equipment, used for daily and mission related operations. Currently on shore duty as US Navy LAN Administrator, Network Security Vulnerability Technician, and Navy Electronic Key Management System Manager. (2007 - Current) Progeny Systems
