• Through a needs analysis, recognize opportunities to up sell the client on additional Eyefinity and partner products and services including but not limited to on-site training, private consulting, equipment interface, websites, ePrescribing, patient engagement products, cloud hosting, and web based third party products.

Sales Account  Manager

•	Received, tracked, responded and resolved  OfficeMate and ExamWriter Software Customer Support calls. 
•	Provides training and support for simple to complex technical issues related to Many different versions of OfficeMate and OfficeMate Enterprise software. 
•	Identified technical issues through problem duplication and manipulation of customer data to provide details to the OfficeMate development team for product correction and improvement.
