I'm from a small town in the Midwest USA. Although Iowa isn't where I live today, it had a massive impact who I am, how I treat people, and how I view life. I have found that life is full of decisions, we get to decide how we see our circumstances and from that choose to be positive or negative about those. We get to choose what those next steps are after anything good or bad happens. Throughout my career, I've helped people transform their lives by making changes. I started with financial services and Small Business and families with their finances. I then moved on to executive recruitment, where I helped Healthcare executives make career transitions, connecting and advising what was next. The last few years, I have been working on digital transformation where I'm currently assisting organisations in planning and executing on those plans with the use of technology and business process. Change is never easy, and most of the time it is very uncomfortable, but we get to choose how we respond, how we interpret it all moving forward - and that viewpoint is what shapes our decisions.
