– Sourced 4 course testimonials from past participants, surpassing the goal of 3 for the quarter
– Gained 76,048 impressions on LinkedIn from July 1 to Sept. 30, exceeding the goal for the quarter of 75,000
– 71 moderation notes sent to enforce community guidelines, creating a value-add space for all members

Impact:
➡️ Week 1: Supported Common Room at CMX by working their booth, talking with attendees + partners, and ensuring we maximized the opportunity to scan badges for our session.
➡️ Updated the "New Member" onboarding with a progressive profiling model (data collection of members over time) and easy persona growth tracking using Common Room.
➡️ Community Audit completed focusing on our Slack workspace, Job Board, Uncommon page, Code of Conduct, and Office Hours program. Implemented changes based on priority.
➡️ Launched our peer-to-peer learning Pods Pilot Program across 2 phases of testing and growing it from 2 to 3 pods, emphasizing the cross-company learning opportunities for participants.
