Created constellation of strategic partners to participate in collecting and analyzing electronically-sourced retail data, and produce business intelligence for large, diverse venues, e.g., malls and transportation stations. Sell against pilot products – dashboard, digital concierge and chatbot – that use this intelligence, positioning this start-up to hit the ground running when ready to launch.  Develop B2B marketing strategy and collateral, plan and orchestrate participation in industry marketing events and conferences, and give client presentations.  

Notable achievements:  
•	Designed and implemented process that mobilized OneMarket departments and third-party integrators to collaborate with clients to install and deploy products.
•	Created and launched a company-wide system on Salesforce to provide weekly alerts of account statuses.

Director, Venue Business Development

The Howard Hughes Corporation

Spearheaded development of events business for historic venue in Manhattan.  Collaborated with executives and staff across departments to optimize the property for future events including concerts, ice rinks and seasonal activations. Partnered with specialists to define ideal acoustics, rigging, versatility, power, lighting, and structural strength (to withstand 4,000 dancing guests).  

Activated 50% of the property amidst construction and managed workflow for sales collateral, event website, customer relationship management and internal management systems. Created tools to develop rules and regulations, new contracts, and venue permitting. Created and managed division budget. Supervised up to 20 personnel and worked with production companies to choreograph seasonal installations.

Notable achievements:
• Converted penthouse into event space after 5-month internal proposal process.  Hosted World Championship of Chess, and Fendi fashion show, returning 63% of $1.5 million investment in 12 months.  
• Engaged 3rd party vendor to implement permitting processes, streamlining revenue generation cycle.  
• Shut down 4 square blocks in NYC for AOL block party for 4,000 attendees featuring Snoop Dogg and Demi Lavato

Developed unused, 30,000 square foot space, and sold and managed over 100 bookings, media opportunities, and sponsorships valued at $1.5 million annually. Juggled about 20 events at a time from sales and marketing to execution and tear down. Devised event budgets and business plans, and analyzed sales strategy to inform executive decisions. Managed event operations to optimize cost savings through efficiencies in staffing, vendors, and services.  

For new revenue streams, explored co-working space and technology-driven events, resulting in design and creation of space called Bespoke.  Proactively led incorporation of sound-proofing, drop down screens and power sufficiency to seamlessly host hackathons, startup festivals, company holiday parties, social events, product launches with demos, and shareholder annual meetings.
