Not many people discover their passions at such a young age - but I uncovered mine at 15 when I fell in love with travelling and learning about the unique cultures of the world. Little did I know that this single discovery would set me on a path that would form the foundation of my career. My second love, however, dawned on me after I was forced to drop my French and Forgien Service studies, in exchange for International Business at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During this time I learnt a valuable lesson that lives on with me today, a lesson I always try to instil onto my colleagues; you’ve got to roll up your sleeves and get on with the job, because you won’t be handed success, you have got to earn it. This lesson stayed with me as I travelled across the world, working on projects in Mexico, France and Singapore, before my attention was drawn to London. It was at the London Business School where I was able to truly fuse my passions for learning, business building and travelling - providing limitless fuel for my desire to help build up the business world by having a strong impact on up and coming business leaders. But there was something missing… The potential of Business Schools are endless - with the need for developed expertise for our business leaders, led by pure science and research. This realisation developed into obtaining my PhD (EDD) in Leadership & Learning from The University of Pennsylvania, which set the bedrock for the founding of my own business; TalentSage. The ideas and principles of TalentSage were born during my time as CEO at Cass Business School back in London, where I honed in on my passion for democratising top business school education, changing how the world conducts business and taking leadership opportunities out of the top 10%.
