Talent Acquisition Lead - Europe

Microsoft

Focused primarily on hiring across our go to market business in Microsoft's 12 Western European subsidiaries. More recently supporting MCAPS Core organizations focused on Data Science. Lead for hiring trends and insights across Western Europe CSU, engaging up to General Manager level. Partnering and hiring across all solution areas within Microsoft; Data & Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Storage, App Innovation, Security, Business Applications.

Western Europe CSU hiring project lead - Led v-team of 10+ (recruiters and sourcers) to deliver record headcount investment in WE CSU (12 subsidiaries). Partnering with HRBPs, Chief of Staff, and General Manager, putting tools and processes in place to enable teams to deliver talent to the right roles at the right times.

Recruitment Lead for Switzerland (top 2 subsidiary in Western Europe) and Austria. Partnering with GM, HR Director/HRBP, and segment leads to ensure equitable and consistent hiring practices within the subsidiaries.

My role in the Nike Talent Acquisition team was to find and attract the best talent for Nike and Converse across Buying, Merchandising, Nike Direct (Direct to Consumer), Marketplace Operations (Supply Chain) and DSM (Demand & Supply Management). I led and owned the TA strategy for the supply chain operations function (and execution responsibility for other functions), partnering with VPs and Snr Directors to hire a record number of experienced talent to central roles in Hilversum, NL.
