With more than 30 years of experience as a technology infrastructure and operations executive, I currently serve as Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement practice in New York. I specialize in the business side of enterprise technology transformation, leveraging people, processes, and technology to drive strategy and execution. My areas of focus include global technology and business operations, information technology infrastructure, cloud transformation, SaaS/IaaS, ITIL, and outsourcing. I have partnered with businesses across financial services, retail, and technology sectors, developing programs to deliver large-scale change in global enterprises, improving quality of service while reducing costs, and transforming organizations to be accountable and customer focused. Prior to joining A&M, I served as Executive Vice President of Global Infrastructure & Operations at PVH Corp., a global retail company. There I instituted transformational change by designing, planning, and implementing technology solutions aligned for both growth and efficiency. I previously served in senior roles with Deutsche Bank, AIG, PGI, and Instinet, where I led global operations and global infrastructure teams through major transformations across operations, data center/cloud, service desk, and network infrastructure.
