As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ABM Industries, I manage full cycle recruiting for Houston-based and project-based ABM clients around the United States. With nearly ten years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, I have developed a strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, closing, conducting orientations and onboarding, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. My goal is to build diverse and high-performing teams for both technical and non-technical roles, using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and referrals.
