I lead the Transaction Management team at Side, a company empowering top real estate agents to start and grow their own businesses. The Workflow team works on products to save our agents time, reduce human error and handle compliance. Prior to Side, I was a Senior Product Manager at Ingenio for their acquisition and retention. My focus was on the consumer facing website, app and phone experience within their 2-sided marketplace. Our multiple marketplaces (Keen.com, PyschicCenter.com) help tens of thousands of people each year. Prior to Ingenio, I was a Product Manager at ZipRealty/ZapLabs/Realogy for their white label websites and apps for umbrella brands (Century21, ERA, Coldwell Banker, Better Homes and Garden). My main focus was long term retention through our personalized email marketing campaigns and predictive recommendations. Prior to ZipRealty, I was an Associate Product Manager at Esurance for their internal agent CRM. My focus was rolling out new product lines (home, auto, motorcycle) for new state expansion. My focus was to optimize our agents' time so they were more productive. Prior to Esurance, I was an Operations Engineer for NASA via Lockheed Martin. My main focus was to train ISS crew members on biological experiments. My secondary focus was to advise engineers on the development of new tools. I also built a Ruby on Rails app to manage inventory for training sessions. It was my first time as acting as a product manager. Prior to tech, I was a Research Associate for Genentech. My main focus was to help our principle scientists on multiple studies. In my spare time, I run a food business specializing in Vietnamese and Asian foods.
