I had a few different roles in the RSM TA team but my most recent role was to lead a team of around 50 Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals accountable for all areas of Talent Acquisition within RSM UK and latterly Ireland. 
This included:
- Early Careers 
- Experienced Hire 
- Exec/Partner recruitment 
- Operations and Attraction
During my time we completely transformed all areas of the function whilst delivering more than 1500 hires a year, doubling the business headcount in 3 years with a direct hire rate of 85%, annual cost avoidance of > £3m and average candidate satisfaction score of 4.8/5.
I was also part of the UK HR leadership team, tasked with setting the strategy across all areas of the People agenda.

Head of Talent Acquisition

- Owner of recruitment technology roadmap 
- Accountable for functional reporting & Analytics
- Implementation of Phenom People CRM, Scheduler, HM Portal, Mentoring
- Process design and improvement across Early Careers, Experienced Hire & Executive
- Development of TA strategy and Policies

Talent Acquisition Operations Manager 

- Responsible for driving recruiting best practice across the region
- Accountable for recruitment marketing, helping to ensure that JLL is viewed as an employer of choice 
- Lead EMEA representative for Global TA Optimisation Project 
- Regional implementation and launch of LinkedIn enterprise contract
- In partnership with procurement, I am responsible for managing relationships with key external suppliers for technology and sourcing
- Coaching for Managers & Recruiters
- Accountable for effective recruitment coordination across EMEA

Head of Talent Acquisition Operations EMEA

- Part of the EMEA TA Leadership team which is working to transform the way we recruit within JLL
- Lead Recruiter for Exec Hires across EMEA Region 
- Lead on multiple EMEA wide Recruitment Technology Roll outs and incentives including; Workday, Avature CRM, Foresight forecasting tool
- Leadership of a small but talented team
- Successful launch of EMEA Careers websites 
- Creation and launch of EMEA wide Referral scheme (previously over 30 individual schemes)
- Build and launch of EMEA recruitment forecasting tool (foresight)
- Part of a working group that launch manager interview training and guides

Talent Acquisition Manager - PAN EMEA

Initially hired on a 6 month interim contract that lasted 18 months before moving to a permanent role.
During this time I created the PAN Talent Acquisition function from scratch and was involved in identifying an EMEA wide Talent Acquisition Director.
Key activities and achievements:
- Establish PAN EMEA TA Procedures and Governance 
- Establish routes to market 
- Recruitment Tracking and dashboard creation 
- Built key relationships with EMEA Leadership team and consequently made some key hires in the region

Talent Acquisition  Partner PAN EMEA

McLaren Automotive Ltd

Using a range of recruiting techniques, I was responsible for the Global Recruitment activities across all Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement and McLaren Special Operations for the road car arm of this iconic racing business. 
During my time there I was involved in:
- Launching of Successfactors and building a new careers website
- Lead a project to introduce Thomas international PPA profiling during the interview process
- Achieved a 90% direct hire rate and personally recruited over 200 roles per year 
- Travelled to Shanghai to work with the regional team during a crucial period of growth
- In partnership with Procurement established a core PSL for my functional areas
