*Worked with IT team on spec-ing and developing all functionalities of a website, as well as a custom built back office (including complex solutions to feature flash products on a limited platform by duplicating skus and automatically adding suffix skus)
*Responsible for all marketing advertising, SEO, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Advertising, etc as well as all social media management

*Responsible for curation and negotiation of all products and brands, as well as doing the work to get the products live on the site

Responsible for management of Buying (Sales), DRM, Editorial, Graphics, and Photography teams.  Ultimately responsible for all teams involved in the pre-sales process. 

*Restructured Sourcing team by combining Scout and Buying positions into one role, and maximizing efficiency of workflow.  This doubled productivity within the team while keeping the headcount neutral.  
*Reworked incentive program to ensure that employees were making bonus and getting paid for current accounts that were being worked on, not getting paid for previous work.  This resulted in hard working employees getting paid a fair wage, and senior employees not receiving unfair advantages
*Worked with IT team to rework efficiency of backoffice and ensure that processes worked smoothly and did not have unnecessary blockers. 
*Created new margin goals, increasing company margin by nearly 20% in less than 1 year
*Introduced new categories, and reworked category assortment to ensure high revenue and large margin wins
*Doubled revenue in approximately 6 months
*Increased sales from 5 sets per day to 10 sets per day within 6 months
*Introduced strategic initiatives to drive revenue and create urgency on the website.  Initiatives launched were Daily Deals, Category Sales, Theme Sales, MONOQI Favorites, etc

*Reworked process between Graphics/DRM/Buyers to ensure that sample process was as efficient as possible
*Changed photo requirements to ensure that photo team could support doubled work flow without scaling the team
*Worked with Photo team on creating a MONOQI aesthetic that had similar style but was not too repetitive
*Worked with Editorial team to ensure that they could double workflow without headcount growth
*Changed Editorial processes, and requirements to align with the company vision
*Worked with Head of Editorial to figure out where work could be automated
*Worked with DRM to create new processes to increase efficiency
*Created development path for DRM team

Edgewood Ave (acquired by Muntech)

Was brought on to help set up all systems and bring in top tier drop shipping partners.  Closed dozens of accounts per month with strong margins, and company was acquired within 6 months by a company in Canada.

Was brought on to help team get acquired by training employees, and figuring out efficiency wins.  Immediately changed margin requirements and helped set team up on a drop ship module with key vendors throughout the country.  Was able to increase revenue 25% within two months, and company was acquired by Deem within 6 months.

Grew and lead team of buyers from the beginning of the company.  Responsible for helping create backoffice systems with CTO, and all processes, procedures, and margin requirements.
