Defined and directed the global Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy including a team of 12 employees supporting Total Rewards and Employee Benefits & Wellness Programs, the Global HR Compliance and Ethics Program, and HR Information Systems.

Total rewards strategies re-envisioned and designed to maximize global business objectives including compensation programs, health, wellness, retirement, pension scheme, and profit sharing programs.

Retirement plan and global pension scheme redesign and management including all compliance, audit and plan oversight. Led and served as 401k Fiduciary Committee Chair.

Served as Deputy Compliance Officer to assist and advise senior leadership and departments in areas of policies, plans, and procedures for the effective implementation of Esri's Corporate Compliance Program. Development of effective employee training programs including HIPAA, AB1825, Code of Business Conduct, CA Employment Law Manager training and compliance, and other Federal and State regulatory training. Managed day-to-day HR operations for three high-volume retail stores consecutively including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and training, worker’s compensation and safety, wage and payroll administration, and performance management
