JOHAN IRWAN BIN KAMAROZAMAN, CSP, is the founder of Leap Leadership Academy. He has a deep passion for helping people improve their competencies and skills in leadership and communication. Johan has various industry experiences ranging from the manufacturing industry, security industry, and education industry. Starting his career as an engineer, he further explored his career in marketing and business development before becoming a professional speaker and trainer. He believes that he can help even more people to be more successful in life, hence contributing to the organization and nation as a whole. He received his Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Electronics Engineering majoring in Computer from Multimedia University. His deep passion in understanding human behaviour led him to become certified in various internationally recognized certifications such as Directive Communication Trainer by Directive Communication International, Certified Professional Coach from TeamCoach International, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner under the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Certified Virtual Presenter by eSpeakers. Johan is the Past President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), and currently serves as the Board Representative to the Global Speakers Federation (GSF). He was awarded Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) during the Global Speakers Summit 2024. Johan is the Past Area Governor for Toastmasters International and a Certified Professional Member of the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP). He has authored two books – Komunikasi Warna and Kompas Kepimpinan. He has been featured in the local media such as TV1, TV Alhijrah, Bernama Radio, Nasional FM, BFM and Astro Awani. Johan has been recognized as one of the '100 Most Inspirational LinkedIn Icons In Malaysia You Should Follow' in 2019 and 2020 by Marketing in Asia and as the Most Inspirational DC Trainer for 2019. He has also been conferred the Contribution to HR Community Category of the Asia HRD Awards 2021 and he received a special recognition by the Minister of Human Resources for his contribution on Training Community Representative Committee during the HRD Awards 2022.
