I have a penchant for the messy, wicked problems. I operate most effectively at the nexus between politics and projects. Managing complex, issues-rich, and politically charged projects, I aim to carefully balance client drivers with the needs of the market, landholders, special interest groups and end-users. I believe in the fundamental need to provide frank and fearless advice; so adopting a thorough but pragmatic risk management approach, I ensure that project, company/agency, and executive reputation is protected and maintained at all times. Passionately influencing projects during the critical options analysis and design phases, I strongly advocate for multi-disciplinary decision making. I foster collaborative project teams, bridging technical and non-technical aspects to drive best-for-project outcomes.
