People don't change because of technology itself. They change when technology makes it easier, more enjoyable, or more meaningful to do something differently. That's where my drive lies.

For over a decade, I've worked at the intersection of digitalization and human behavior – from international B2B sales to building teams, platforms, and partnerships within fittech.

Today, I lead the operations of WisePlatform Gym at WiseNetwork, where we don't just deliver technology to gyms and fitness clubs – we enable behavioral change. By understanding our clients' operations, culture, and goals, we build solutions that are actually used.

I believe in simplicity over complexity, conversations over slide decks, and partnerships over vendor relationships.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about CrossFit and Brazilian jiu-jitsu – disciplines that have taught me a lot about consistency, adaptability, and mental resilience. Just like in business transformation, real results come from small, deliberate steps and the ability to respond, not just react.
