In my role as an agile team coach, I have a people and team focus with the aim of creating high-performing, happy teams by:

* Ensuring the team is focused on problem-solving, not just the next task that needs to be done.

Aside from my role supporting teams at IKEA, I have also been working internally in IKEA’s Agile Coaching Chapter to:

* Create an internal product "Improve," focused on supporting teams with one-time facilitated sessions regarding different agile practices.
* Plan, facilitate, and execute a 3-day workshop for the development of IKEA’s Last Mile Delivery process with 30 participants.
* Co-create a virtual video newsletter called "The New Guy," uncovering and informing Group Digital on the Engineering Services Department.
* Facilitate and host IKEA Group Digital’s Broadcast Grundstomme Days: Engineering Services Edition.
* Co-create a service called Coach on a Couch, providing impromptu coaching to various product and engineering teams that need support.
* Facilitate workshops for an IKEA innovation team in how they can implement agile ways of working in their new project on Sustainable Housing.

ReDI School of Digital Integration

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit tech school for locals and newcomers without access to digital education. They offer their students high-quality coding and basic computer courses in combination with a unique career program as well as the chance to collaborate with the start-up and digital industry.

As a team of Kaospilots, we supported the ReDI Career team to optimize their mentorship program.

As strategy and process lead, I brought the team through iterative strategic looks at the challenge we had at hand as well co-developed processes to bring us towards our goals. I used design thinking and agile methodologies to achieve this.

Thought Experiment Laboratory (TEL)

Thought Experiment Laboratory is a think tank based in Uithoorn, Holland. 
I and a team of six other Kaospilots led the development and creation of the Youth Wellbeing Social Lab. The goal of this social lab was to bring together professionals from different facets of the mental wellbeing industry, from psychologists to experts in breathwork with the intention of ideating and creating new solutions to wellbeing for youth in Holland. 

As a team we facilitated each other through an iterative strategic process known as the WILL (weekly iterative loop list), which is a hacked method we developed as a collective using methodologies from Theory U, Systems Thinking, and SCRUM. 

I facilitated and designed three online workshops and one physical workshop with participants we reached out to help us develop and grow our Youth Wellbeing Lab concept. These three workshops were primarily about connecting around a purpose as an organization and having the system of wellbeing practitioners meet each other.  As we began to recruit more volunteers taking us towards a concept, I built a Slack channel and took charge of the LinkedIn page where we kept our participants up-to-date on upcoming workshops.

Throughout our process, we drew inspiration from Theory U, the Social Labs Fieldbook, Thinking in Systems, and SCRUM methodologies.

The FoolProof Foundation

Project Lead
- Creating an outreach strategy to connect valuable partners and foundations working within socio-economic inequality to the FoolProof foundation. The value created behind these regenerative relationships is to drive and shape the solution to economic disenfranchisement in America. 

- Researching the impacts for-profit businesses have on the teaching of financial literacy for American youth.

City of Aarhus

Contributed alongside Kaospilot Team 26 in the investigation and research of how the City of Aarhus could make use of circular economy principles to meet the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. The aim was to develop and validate solutions for implementation by the municipalities Go Green with Aarhus department, IKT Lab and Center for Innovation in Aarhus.

The project resulted in a research report communicating our research findings and developed solutions followed by a podcast with the purpose to engage Aarhus citizens in the change.

I co-led the process of designing an exclusive pop-up restaurant and experience in Braband, Jylland, Denmark. As two co-founders we took ourselves through a design thinking process where we evaluated locations, cuisines, concepts, and landed with a clear direction and actionable plan. 

The process went from a simple idea to a physical event within two months and had over 60 participants signed up to dine and go through the experience.
