•	Subject Matter Expert for the Arrow Permit to Work (PTW) System and Isolation management. 
•	Coordinate the daily management, issue, review, approval, recording and closure of all permits. 
•	Communicate with PA’s to ensure SIMOPS conflicts are captured and adequate controls in place.

•	Maintain the Permit to Work Register.
•	Attend the daily YTT Meeting @ 3PM (Monday to Friday) to discuss upcoming work scopes.
•	Manage Permit to Work procedures and compliance.
•	Conduct permit reviews for all permits to ensure permit is completed in full, scope of work and work location is detailed, personnel are trained and competent, all supporting documentation is attached and completed, JSEA is task specific and identifies adequate hazards/controls, isolation documentation is attached where required.
•	Liaise with the PA and SSM as required to coordinate technical review of permits.
•	Coaching and Mentoring of Permit Holders and Authorities.
•	Perform field inspection audits on active permits and Desktop reviews of closed permits.
•	Complete assurance of the Online PTW Register.
•	Provide guidance and support on PTW/LOTO queries to all departments including Arrow Brisbane Staff, Arrow Site Staff and Contractors.
•	Review and process all PHE/PAE/PH/PA Role Appointment applications. 
•	Attend meetings for shutdown preparation and post shutdown review.
•	Provide on-site support during facility shutdowns.
•	Manage the Dalby CPC Mailbox.
•	Participate in HSE incident investigations.
•	Manage Site Access Requests (Contractors & Visitors for Bowen and Surat).
•	Process any emails in the Dalby CPC Inbox.
•	Issue any Operations Alerts/Notifications to Surat AE Staff and Contractors.
