- Lead Qualification: Vetted incoming leads to ascertain their potential, ensuring that the sales team focused on high-quality opportunities.

- Scheduling: Efficiently managed calendars and coordinated with the sales team to set up appointments, taking into account their availability and the preferences of potential customers.

- Follow-ups: Consistently reached out to leads through phone calls or emails, ensuring that opportunities were not missed and that potential customers remained engaged.

- Data Management: Accurately logged appointment details, customer feedback, and follow-up results in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity.

- Objection Handling: Navigated concerns or reservations potential customers might have, paving the way for a successful sales appointment.

Appointment Setter

My main role was to generate leads and promote the company's portfolio of windows and doors. 
My primary responsibility was to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to Safestyle's range of products and services.

- Lead Generation: Actively sought out and engaged with potential customers in targeted areas to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

- Product Knowledge

- Customer Engagement: Built rapport with customers, addressing queries and concerns while showcasing the value of Safestyle's offerings.

- Data Collection: Accurately recorded customer details and feedback, ensuring data privacy and integrity.

- Team Collaboration: Worked closely with the sales team and other colleagues, sharing insights and feedback to optimize the lead conversion process.
