Helping clients attract & assess talented people & converting them into employees for fees is what I've always loved most about my job. For most of my 18-year recruitment career, 15 - 20 companies have come to me as a first-choice commercial recruiter every year. I've placed 100's of people into permanent employment, and I still get the same genuine buzz every time I do. Being able to do this all the time, is what drove me to change the direction of my career in January 2023. In my two previous roles, I was a key growth hire for agencies with ambitious expansion plans. I got my chance to lead large teams across a region, open new branches, and become responsible for teams in newly acquired agencies.
