Binc

As a Principal Recruiter, I built a successful recruiting strategy for my client <goworkspace.com>, which most recently resulted in 2 key hires of a Product Manager and Implementation Specialist during a 7 week engagement at the time of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Additionally, I participated in Binc’s pro-bono recruiting advisory program, Binc Boost. During this period, I advised job seekers on resume review, LinkedIn profile tips, interview practices, job search and networking strategy.
In August of 2020, I joined the growing client engagement at DoorDash and charged with sourcing and hiring for the outside sales team. This was a high volume recruiting effort with the added excitement of witnessing the IPO of this storied company. 
In January of 2021, I joined the @Binc R4R recruiting effort with the goal of hiring exceptional recruiters for our internal team, as our client engagements demand more recruiting resources from Binc.

As a Recruiting Manager, I led a team of 7 Bincers, was responsible for each individual’s career development, and deployed my team to client projects. SwiftStack (acquired by Nvidia in 2020) is a fast paced and growing startup. The lead developer of OpenStack Object Storage, aka “Swift”, whose software enables companies to manage their object storage portfolio. 
- Full life-cycle recruiter. Responsibilities include: sourcing, screening, coordination, compensation guidance, offer negotiation and presentation, and management of resources (including: immigration 
attorney, contingency recruiters, networking events, and recruitment marketing). 
- Grew the company from 32 to 58 employees with positions across Sales, Marketing, Professional 
Services, Engineering and Product (including individual contributors and management positions).

I produced iconic beers such as Tasmanian Devil, Alimony Ale, Pumpkin Ale, and developed new brews including: Johnny Midnite Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, Paper Crane Pilsner, Pulque, Blueberry Oatmeal Stout, and Buffalo Lager.
