In 2010 I was pulled into leadership. I had to be convinced. I was a successful rep. Why take on the responsibility of someone else’s success when I could focus on my own? I was fortunate to have the right people nudge me into what has become an incredibly fulfilling 13 year run in various sales leadership roles overseeing individual sellers and sales leaders. As a leader I strive to lead with empathy, curiosity and integrity. I’ve always felt that if I want my people to execute and perform consistently, I’ve got to lead from the front. I pride myself on showing up everyday & being accountable for my own successes and failures. Some of my notable achievements are below: 👷🏼‍♂️ Built and led teams of up to 16 people consisting of both sellers and leaders. ⬆️ Contributed to the advancement of 10 people over the last decade, with 6 moving into leadership roles. ⬆️ Promoted 4x in the last 6 years. 💰 Consistent revenue goal achievement & growth, managing up to $35M under contract. 🏆 Received both Leader and Seller awards throughout my career. 📈 Created and executed sales enablement programs from the ground up, leading to strategy creation, team performance and revenue growth. 🏅Led a US product rollout and go-to-market to capture back 10% market share. 📉 Cut sales cycles in half through Marketing and PreSales collaboration. ⚙️ Served across several verticals such as manufacturing, energy, technology, services and finance.
