As we peer into the future, a series of pivotal questions emerge: 1 - What will the sales profession resemble in 2030? 2 - How sustainable is it for businesses to profess buyer obsession or customer centricity while simultaneously rewarding individual effort? 3 - How can we empower organisations to authentically place the customer at the epicentre of their Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy? 4 - In the era of AI ascendancy, how can we ensure that technology empowers us while remaining under the guidance of human leadership Having spent fifteen years in industry, researching, applying, sometimes failing but learning, combined with the strategic partnerships I have formed with subject matter experts, ensures that my customers gain access to the absolute best in industry to help address these four critical questions.
