I have been involved in the patent field for over 20 years.  My practice consists primarily of client counseling, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, training attorneys and agents in all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, training attorneys and agents in business development, and managing the operations of Harrity & Harrity.  I also take part in creating the innovative products and procedures that, in addition to our quality procedures, help separate Harrity & Harrity from our competition. 

I have drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a wide variety of technologies.  I excel at coming up-to-speed quickly on inventions and converting even the most difficult inventions into an understandable patent application.  My practice further includes filing PCT applications and prosecuting patent applications before Patent Offices in Europe, Japan, Korea, China, Canada, and many other countries.  In addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and foreign countries, I also analyze inventions for infringement and validity,  help clients acquire patent portfolios, and draft and negotiate license agreements.
