The success of this led to another role change to CI leader at Nasmyth Bulwell, spending 2 years in depth around CI activities and governance. My current role, for the past 5 years has been the Conformance Manager forging new ways and further embedding improved good practises at Nasmyth Bulwell. NVQ Level 4 Business Inprovement Techniques now complete, which entailed managing 2 cohorts of 12 people to implement improvement projects within the business. 4 years experience working along side the Sharing In Growth program, working with Supplier Development, Manufacturing and Cost Engineers as Nasmyth Bulwells change agent.
