I was responsible for managing a team of up to eight Account Managers, Executives, and Supervisors across multiple accounts/offices for Tiffin Motorhomes, Spire Energy, UVA Health, and Highlands College, while managing $5M in annual billings. In addition to this, I contributed to establishment of Annual Review process at Lewis, worked on New Business and travelled for 
•	Elevated 50% maximization in agency revenues for new clients by modifying fee structure.
•	Accelerated agency's client roster up to 25% by securing three new accounts in 2021.
•	Led negotiation for 10% organic growth boost for one of key / million-dollar accounts.
•	Drove 100% increase in revenue on a significant new business account.

In this role, I supervised a team of eight members ranging from Account Director to Account Executives on Cox Telecommunications with $20MM agency fee. I provided strategic insights and latest industry trends as well as flawless execution of 100's of multi-channel assets, including digital, social, print, TV, and OOH for both brand- and demand-driving creative across entire purchase funnel.
•	Increased revenue growth by up to $1M through identification of organic growth opportunities.
•	Unveiled and effectively implemented Cox's new brand strategy and brand voice within all existing and forthcoming creative content in less than two months.
•	Steered 10% rise in agency fee by developing agency SOW proposal and determining suitable and effective staffing plan.

I directed two separate brand and agency teams with high flexibility and adaptability as per specification of Invesco and Powershares, while ensuring brand differentiation and consistency in message. I secured client-agency relationship and reinforced agency's value through development and successful implementation of consolidated go-to-market plan.
•	Headed launch of Invesco's Brand Purpose campaign through development of digital/social media, TV, Print, and video content to create differentiation, drive Brand Consideration and increase market share.
•	Co-developed optimization strategy with clients for PS, including revamp of Audience Segmentation analysis and A/B creative CTA testing which resulted in 50% increase in CTR.
•	Identified $250K in organic growth for account, representing 15% increase in revenue.

Account Director - Invesco and PowerShares

I oversaw and streamlined Samsung's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program through in-depth review and overhaul of current programs' strategy, selling new program to Samsung HQ Management team, and designing comprehensive toolbox to enable successful execution across the globe. I supervised end-to-end functions associated with Samsung Electronics business across two distinct units (Home Appliances and Mobile) by managing brand strategy, guiding creative development, and executing  creative across Paid and Owned channels.
•	Led ATL/BTL efforts surrounding #DoWhatYouCant campaign to support strategic initiatives to position the brand in a more human and consumer-centric fashion during 2016 Summer Olympics and Paralympics.
•	Attained $500K surplus revenue by uncovering new business opportunities within digital appliances business unit.

I relocated to Germany to provide leadership to PMI L&M Global Team of database/CRM, customer engagement, retail, digital, and ATL. Drove major revenue improvement, retention, and growth in business of agency. I upheld the responsibility to influence and guide strategic direction for L&Ms new global campaign across 40+ offices in world.
•	Revamped Account and Creative departments' structure by strategically aligning agency strengths with client requirements.
•	Expanded business by 10% during first year by steering maximization in fee of $1.3MM for 2016.
