Through FRAGO22, I collaborate with organizations to enhance their culture, drive growth, and integrate veteran talent effectively into the workforce. My passion lies in translating ambitious business visions into reality, providing tailored solutions that deliver sustainable growth. I don’t just advise, I partner with organizations, offering leadership coaching, strategic planning, and workforce development services. My mission is to help businesses maximize their potential by fostering ethical practices, unlocking veteran talent, and creating impactful leadership development programs. By creating pathways for veterans and delivering comprehensive, people-first business strategies, I ensure that every company I work with is ready to “Drive the Mission, Build the Future.” I have made it my mission in life to assist transitioning service members and veterans find their next mission in life. Working with partners to help coach, mentor, and guide the veterans to their new mission. We create the Operation Order (Road Map) to ensure they are certified and ready to go in the industry of their choosing. Currently holding a TS-SCI clearance.
